REalliance is a Community Interest Company provides development support and representation for third sector organisations working in recycling, reuse and composting. Our current main activity is a capacity building programme in partnership with WRAP.
We are seeking someone to lead the organisational development strand of our programme. The successful candidate will have experience of managing complex processes and working in a
- Comfortable with multi-agency and cross-sectoral working (essential)
- A good understanding and experience of budgetary and financial management (essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and computer skills (essential)
- Track record of using of own initiative; self-motivated; able to negotiate and compromise (essential)
- Able to influence without necessarily using direct authority (desirable)
- Understanding/experience of NGO (non-governmental organisation) sector and the third sector in waste specifically (desirable)
- Willingness to work flexibly, including travelling with around England (circa 4 days per month) with occasional overnight stays (circa 1 night per two months).
