 Established since 2000, LCRN’s dynamic staff team has grown rapidly and they currently have an opening at senior level for a Programme Manager. Reporting to theChief Executive, you will lead theOperational Management Team to ensure the effective delivery, coordination and monitoring of the business plan and you will provide management supervision and support to LCRN Team Leaders. The role will encompass programme management which will include supporting the Strategic Management Team (SMT) in developing an overall programme plan delivering their strategy and developing mechanisms to track the impact of action plans. You will ensure work is delivered on time and within budget and coordinate the production and dissemination of the monthly team progress report and issues log. Working very closely with our SMT, you will inform their planning and leadership of the  organisation.

It is essential that you can demonstrate considerable experience of leading and managing projects from inception through to evaluation, to time and budget. Coordinating resources, leading multi function teams, and a good practical understanding or experience of financial management and comms are also key requirements of this role. LCRN are seeking someone with a commitment to customer focus, with strong motivation, influencing and presentation skills. Public sector experience would be helpful or perhaps your background is in a related commercial sector such as property or logistics. It would be highly desirable for you to have a genuine understanding of LCRNs role in delivering community based sustainable waste and resource solutions.
