Oral History Project Co-ordinator Bristol (other locations considered for the right candidate) 18.75 hours (2.5 days) per week, £23,708 pro rata (Temporary post until 31 May 2011) An exciting opportunity to research and document the oral history of city farms and community gardens in England. The role requires enthusiasm, flexibility, good people skills and experience of oral history project management. You will conduct interviews and seminars at member groups, compile historical documents and oversee the production of web and print resources, including a toolkit for members.

The post-holder will provide administrative support to the Allotments Regeneration Initiative and to the Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens. Work will include events co-ordination, the management of information resources and data entry. The postholder will require excellent computer skills, written English and attention to detail.
