| The Better Tomorrows Community Interest Company will have a stall at the Food and Farming Fair at Weald and Download Open Air Museum, Singleton, West Sussex on Sunday 2nd May and Monday 3rd May. Enthusiastic, trained volunteers will be manning the stall promoting composting of green and food waste as well as the use of peat-free soil conditioners. The Fair will also include fare to sample and buy from the local producers of the south east, plus tastings, cookery classes, displays, demonstrations and activities celebrating many aspects of downland farming. |
